1. Use Clutter to organise email
Clutter removes unimportant emails from your inbox. This makes it easy for you to focus on the important emails that really matter. It works by leveraging Microsoft’s Office Graph, which tracks your email behaviour and recognises what types of emails are important to you.
Emails deemed unimportant will not be shown in your main view, but can be found in a special view called CLUTTER.

2. Take advantage of enhanced document collaboration
No one likes sending or receiving different versions of attachments back and forth in emails. It’s frustrating and makes it hard to keep track of document history.
Sharing links to your cloud-based documents is better - but can still be counterproductive.
That’s why Microsoft has integrated OneDrive for Business and Dropbox into email in Office 365. This gives you the ability to quickly share files that are stored in OneDrive and Dropbox.
The document can be sent as an attachment or link in an email. If your recipient has Office 365, he or she can open it and directly edit the document in real time.
No saving separate copies, no reattaching the document. He or she can make the changes, save the document and it is automatically updated for others to access.
3. Use Groups to collaborate more productively
Office 365 Groups is a new feature that lets you easily connect with colleagues, information and applications from directly inside email.
This makes collaboration a breeze; throw away your traditional third-party collaboration tool. You can work on documents, communicate and share ideas inside email.
To get started, you simply create a group and invite colleagues. All the communications, documents and email calendars are shared only with the users inside the group.

4. Set up email on your phone: Android and iOS
Your phone is now your primary screen for communication. Microsoft believes half of all email is now first seen on the phone. The new Office 365 email mobile apps strive to help you work more collaboratively and efficiently. They are easy to use and integrate with Microsoft’s Yammer and SharePoint platforms to make communication very efficient.
