Calibre Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate Agency with 13 staff was going through a period of rapid growth and becoming increasingly reliant on the integrity of their IT systems.

Recurring IT problems combined with unpredictable response times from their existing IT support provider were proving to be a costly combination. The client was seeking a provider whom could provide expert advice in prevent recurring problems and also take accountability for their IT systems without breaking budget.

What we did

An audit conducted by an R & G Senior Consultant revealed a number of vulnerabilities caused by the ad-hoc, 'band-aid' approach to managing Calibre Real Estate's IT infrastructure.
